Education
Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in sales within the automotive industry.
Experience in sales administration and direct negotiation.
Management of wholesale distributors.
Skills and Competencies
Effective communication and eloquence.
Organization, honesty, and service attitude.
Negotiation and conflict management skills.
Analytical and decision-making ability.
Results orientation and customer service.
Enjoyment of travel and willingness for frequent stays away from your place of residence.
Technical Competencies
Conversational English (B1–B2).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of margins and pricing.
