Job Specification Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (Packed) – CT Objective The objective of the Territory Sales Manager is to optimize the sales of LPG in the area by providing quality customer service, increasing market penetration and retaining profitable business- all while ensuring the safe and responsible handling of LPG. Overview of the Role Own and Grow territory: Achieve and exceed your sales targets and actively contribute to the wider team’s performance Drive new business development through identifying and pursuing opportunities that align with our company values and goals Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and other departments Foster strong relationships with existing customers to retain profitable business and identify opportunities for growth Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory-specific targets and contribute to the overall success of the team Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal sales performance and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and preferences, resolving issues promptly, and building trust through consistent communication and follow-up Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer interactions, and market trends Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge
