Territory Manager - Security & Surveillance

Job Title: Regional Manager – Security & Surveillance (South Region) Vertical: DuraVision Experience Required: 4 Years Job Type: Full-Time Location: South India (Bengaluru) Position Overview EIZO India is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Regional Manager – Security & Surveillance (South Region) to drive business growth within the DuraVision Vertical , focusing on Security & Surveillance and Air Traffic Control (ATC) sectors. This role is responsible for regional business expansion, strategic planning, and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the South Region's Security & Surveillance and ATC businesses. • Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities to drive growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. • Manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve individual and regional targets. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Travel frequently within the South Region to meet with customers, prospects, and internal teams. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the Security & Surveillance industry. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue. • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
