Territory Manager - Electrical - Lower North Island

We are looking for a Territory Manager - Electrical to join our team in Lower North Island. As an integral part of Aliaxis – a global brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our business in the region. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share; • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities; • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services; • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the region; • Provide exceptional customer service and support; • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development in the electrical industry; • Strong understanding of the New Zealand and Pacific markets; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
