Occupational Therapist

Job description

An occupational therapist is needed for a day center in Madrid. The main responsibilities are to conduct initial assessments and periodic follow-ups of the residents, develop individualized care plans, and directly attend to users and their families. Participation in interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care is also required, as is collaboration in the training of staff and families. Other tasks include managing department materials and equipment, controlling orders and stock, and developing occupational workshops and activities. Furthermore, contribution to the planning and execution of general center activities is expected, all within a collaborative, person-centered work environment.
