What will you do?

• Offer professional and attractive wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients.
• Offer and apply a variety of spa services (body and facial treatments, therapeutic or relaxing massages) in a technical manner, creating an atmosphere of well-being and safety. Ensure the correct maintenance and cleaning of products, textiles, and machinery.
• Collaborate in agenda management tasks and service coordination.
• Recognize and respond to customer inquiries, needs, and expectations.

What are we looking for?

• Training or Professional Certificate in Balneotherapy and Spa therapies.
• At least 1 year of experience as a therapist.
• Experience in Hotels is a plus.
• High level of English, a second language is desirable.
• Sales skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with a clear customer orientation.
