Tendering Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role that requires the successful candidate to work closely with the Tendering Team to ensure the timely and efficient processing of tenders. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate tender submissions from suppliers; • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers; • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; • Provide administrative support to the Tendering Team; • Maintain accurate records and reports; • Perform other duties as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., procurement, supply chain management); • 2+ years of experience in tendering or procurement; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with tendering software and systems.
