Tender Specialist - Technical and Financial Offer

We are looking for a tender specialist who will be responsible for preparing complete technical and financial offers. You will receive the selected tender and have the responsibility to analyze the documentation, prepare the technical proposal and financial offer in accordance with the requirements of the tender package.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documents (tender packages, instructions from the contracting authority).
• Preliminary preparation of technical and financial proposals for assigned tenders.
• Coordination of necessary documents from subcontractors/third-party supporters, if applicable.
• Loading and transmitting offers through the SEAP/SICAP platform.
• Responding to clarification requests.

Candidates:

• Relevant experience in tendering for public acquisitions through SEAP/SICAP;
• Solid knowledge of preparing budgets and financial offers;
• Experience in the field of natural gas (design, execution, maintenance) is an important advantage;
• Techincal analysis and interpretation skills to understand tender requirements;
• Knowledge of operating programs such as DevizNet, SicapTools, Excel etc.;
• Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail skills.
