For a multinational company operating in the medical sector, specifically for the marketing of electromedical devices in Assago (MI), we are looking for:

Tender Specialist

Responsibilities

• Preparation of tenders and contracts for medical devices and services, in accordance with Company procedures, Client specifications, and Italian Law (Public Procurement Code).

• Ensure daily price management, including updating internal systems and requests.

• Collaboration with the sales team to identify the best client proposal.

• Collaboration with all functions responsible for preparing the technical and administrative documents necessary for submitting offers and contracts.

• Proactive comparative analysis of offers and contracts.

• Daily use of available software tools for the preparation of tenders/offers/contracts and price management.

• Any other tasks or projects requested by the Line Manager, including special projects.

Requirements

• Work experience in the medical device environment and e-procurement portals; commercial knowledge of the healthcare sector.

• Preferably education or experience in Law, Tender Management, or Public Administration, with knowledge of Italian Law on Public Procurement (Public Procurement Code).

• Familiarity with software tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

We offer:

1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment, CCNL Commercio III or II level, salary range between €25k and €39k based on experience. Meal vouchers.

Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday with smart working availability.
