Tender Quantity Surveyor/Senior (Interior Design/Construction)

Responsibilities: * Prepare and submit tender proposals, including cost estimates, bill of quantities, and pricing schedules. * Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately determine project requirements. * Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and competitive tender submissions. * Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender preparation. * Compile and submit quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and labor costs. * Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cost overruns or variations. * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. * Prepare and maintain comprehensive tender documentation and records. * Monitor tender progress and ensure timely submission of proposals. * Provide support to project teams during project execution. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on tendering in the interior design or construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications. * Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents. * Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
