In this role, you'll coordinate business development tenders with sales and handle pricing tasks for advanced offers. Reporting to the Team Leader, you'll facilitate cross-department collaboration with strong communication skills. Your expertise in navigating complex contracts will be invaluable for tender processes. Our Benelux Tender & Pricing team plays a crucial role in securing new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving revenue growth. As a Tender & Contract Officer, you will be responsible for: • Coordinating business development tenders with sales teams to ensure timely submission of proposals; • Handling pricing tasks for advanced offers, including negotiating prices and terms with customers; • Facilitating cross-department collaboration by working closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams; • Providing expert guidance on contract management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Certifications: • None required but advantageous (e.g., CIPS, FCIPS).
