Temporary Support Officer (24-40 hours per week)

We are looking for a Temporary Support Officer for at least 3 days a week until the end of February 2026 in Amersfoort!

As a Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues when they have questions, issues or minor problems with their work environment. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that employees can work comfortably in a pleasant and well-maintained office space. With the expansion to an additional floor, you will actively contribute to setting up and maintaining a modern, sustainable, and inspiring working environment.

• Inventory management and replenishing coffee, tea, and other essential supplies;
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment such as coffee machines;
• Performing minor repairs and light maintenance tasks;
• Setting up or preparing meeting rooms and office spaces for use;
• Supporting events: placing chairs, receiving catering, and accompanying guests.

You are:

• Practical-minded and not afraid to take on tasks;
• Critical eye for cleanliness and safety in the office;
• Will to perform light physical labor and odd jobs;
• Flexible and reliable in the execution of various tasks.

• This is a temporary contract until the end of February 2026;
• You will work in Amersfoort;
• We offer a contract of 24-40 hours per week;
• The salary will be determined based on knowledge and experience and ranges from €2500 to €3000 gross per month based on full-time.
