The Art Faculty (TAF) is a Social Enterprise established by Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) which supports inclusion and celebrates the abilities of persons on the autism spectrum. The artists from the Artist Development Programme (ADP) earn royalties from the sale of their artworks and merchandise and also learn about the value and dignity of work and financial independence. As a Retail Assistant (Part-time), your Impact and Contribution includes: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays. Supporting the sales team in processing transactions and handling customer inquiries. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Assisting with inventory management and restocking shelves. Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs. Developing skills and knowledge in retail operations and customer service. Building relationships with customers and colleagues. Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Developing a sense of belonging and contributing to the team's success. As a Retail Assistant (Part-time), you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people, including artists, customers, and colleagues.
