Temporary IT Engineer (m/w/d)

Role: Temporary IT Engineer

Location: 4 days Onsite in Berlin MANDATORY, 1 day remote (Friday)

Duration: 3 months, full-time

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide full onsite and remote IT support to employees.

* Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and equipment handover.

* Handle license and IT asset management, ensuring accurate tracking and control.

* Ensure smooth operations of all office IT infrastructure: Printers, networks, conferencing systems, and general hardware.

* Administer 50+ cloud platforms and tools across the company.

* Maintain and optimize automation workflows (primarily using Zapier).

* Provide support in case of office relocations, including network setup and equipment transitions.

Required Skills and Technologies:

* Proficient with Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Jira and Cisco

* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, networks, and SaaS tools

* Experience supporting hybrid environments (onsite/remote users)

* Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)

* Previous experience in office moves is highly valuable
