Temporary HR Project Manager, Mexico
Job description
We are seeking a Temporary HR Project Manager based in Mexico City to lead and deliver strategic HR projects with a LATAM regional scope over a 9-month period. This role will focus on HRIS management, payroll compliance, and policy and process optimization across multiple countries in Latin America. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with deep HR expertise and experience working in regional environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of an HRIS system for Latam
Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans for HR initiatives across LATAM, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Payroll Compliance: Review and align payroll processes with HRIS systems
Policy & Process Optimization: Update and standardize HR policies and procedures for LATAM to reflect best practices and legal requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions regionally.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR leadership, local managers, and external vendors across multiple countries. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Change Management & Training: Drive adoption of new HR systems and processes through effective change management strategies. Develop and deliver training sessions for employees and managers across LATAM.
