The work of a floor salesperson at H&M has a lot of responsibility and fun!

Your to-do list includes:

• Provide excellent customer service to maximize sales on the store floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash register
• Work actively with garments: restock, fold, hang, organize, display, and commercialize
• Work with cash register routines and handle all required transactions
• Unload delivery trucks and unpack merchandise
• Execute markdowns, price changes, and label merchandise with alarm tags
• FOLLOW ALL SALES ROUTINES, POLICIES, AND GUIDELINES TO HELP PREVENT LOSSES AND ENSURE SAFETY FOR THE STORE
• Work as a team and actively support your colleagues
