Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products and services, and by actively listening to customers’ needs and concerns. • Offer personalized styling advice and make fashion-forward product recommendations based on customers’ preferences and styles. • Ensure a seamless shopping experience by efficiently processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive business results, and maintain a positive work atmosphere. • Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and promote brand awareness. • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends, product knowledge, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and support to customers. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
