Temporaries Recruitment Consultant

Reed Oxford is looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our newly rebuilt Business Support team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to work with a supportive manager, and a team with a proven track record of success and huge presence in the local market.

What You'll Be Doing

• Business Development: Win new clients through cold calling, meetings, networking, and creative selling.

• Candidate Management: Source, register, and place candidates into temporary roles, ensuring a world-class experience.

• Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

• Compliance & Admin: Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes meet internal and legal standards.
