Job description
8:00am to 12:30pm(Monday -Friday) Provide frontline verification service to foreign workers at departments counter. Handle daily backend duties like extracting workers data from FormSG, exporting workers data to e-certificate template, sending of e-certificate to workers via email. Perform administrative tasks as assigned. 1:30pm to 5:30pm ((Monday -Thursday)/ 5:00pm (Friday) Assist in replying to the customers queries via Customer Feedback Management System (CFMS) on Construction Workforce Registration and Employment Agency (CRAE).
