Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers’ needs, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions that meet their needs. • Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-up, and follow-through. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Telstra’s products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, resolve customer complaints, and improve overall store performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to stay ahead of the curve. • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating Telstra’s values and behaviors.
