Role Summary Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone. Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote packaging solutions. * Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and needs analysis. * Present product information and value propositions to potential customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Achieve and exceed sales targets. * Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements * Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong sales and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Target-oriented with a drive to achieve results. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to handle objections and close sales deals effectively. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
