About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Professionals with strong communication skills and a passion for closing sales. The role involves selling consumer finance and digital products to walk-in and telecalling customers through a structured and consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for consumer finance, insurance, concept selling, and loan products
  

• Clearly explain product details & benefits in Hindi (basic English understanding required)
  

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  

• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads effectively
  

• Provide excellent customer interaction and confidently handle objections
  

• Maintain accurate call logs and lead records
  

Requirements

1+ year of telesales experience

Any Undergraduate/Graduate can apply

Preferred industry experience:

• Consumer Finance
  

• Insurance
  

• Banking Loans
  

• NBFC Telesales
  

• Home Credit / Pine Labs / similar financial services
  

Strong command over Hindi

Female candidates preferred

Immediate joiners (or up to 1-week notice period)
