Telesales Executive

Position: Online Tele Sales Associate Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Industry: Gems & Jewelry (preferable) /Retail /Services Key Responsibilities: • Manage incoming leads from online platforms, social media, and company website, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. • Handle customer inquiries through chat, email, calls, and WhatsApp with a consultative sales approach. • Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. • Meet or exceed monthly targets, as set by management. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
