Cross-selling Telemarketer

Job description

The main functions focus on cross-selling through outgoing calls, offering customers products and upgrades tailored to their needs. Personalized advice is provided, resolving doubts and proposing solutions that add value, along with administrative management. The position has associated quality and retention objectives, with incentives linked to results. To perform the role, previous sales experience is necessary, both by telephone and in person. Persuasion and closing skills, a proactive and problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle objections are valued. A high level of Catalan is required, Secondary Education training, and good Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis. A temporary three-month contract is offered with the possibility of joining the permanent staff, with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week in the afternoon, from 12:00 to 18:00. The base salary is 9.74 euros gross per hour, complemented by commissions based on objectives. The position includes prior online training, a good working atmosphere, and continuous training, in Barcelona.
