Orienta Orienta spa- society benefit, branch of Florence, is looking for a figure of TELEMARKETING REPRESENTATIVE IN SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' for a company in the metalmechanical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers and retaining existing ones, promoting the company's products and services. This will be a key figure in generating new commercial opportunities and supporting the sales team. The main responsibilities will be: - Manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing precise information on products and services; - Contact potential customers from predefined lists to identify sales opportunities; - Schedule appointments and meetings for sales accounts; - Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and detailed information; - Actively collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals. Requirements: - Previous experience as a Telemarketing Representative or in similar positions; - Excellent communication and relational skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach; - Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently; - Familiarity with the use of CRM software and Office packages; - Knowledge of the metalmechanical sector or B2B (Business-to-Business) will be considered a plus; - High school diploma.
