Telemarketing Agent (m/w/d) for German-speaking

Tasks

• Conducting outbound telephone calls to present our services and gain new customers in the German-speaking region.
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH REGULAR TELEPHONE CONTACTS AND FOLLOW-UPS.
• Documented customer interactions and information in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• IDENTIFYING SALES OPPORTUNITIES AND FORWARDING PROMISING LEADS TO THE SALES TEAM.
• CONTINUOUSLY DEVELOPING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND SALES TECHNIQUES THROUGH TRAININGS AND SELF-STUDY.

Qualification

• Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the B2B field.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN GERMAN, BOTH ORALLY AND WRITTEN.
• AABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND ZEALOUSLY TO ACHIEVE RESULTS.
• HIGH EMPATHY AND THE ABILITY TO PUT YOURSELF IN THE CUSTOMER'S SHOES.
• BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF CRM SYSTEMS AND OFFICE SOFTWARE.
