Tasks

You like to call? You want to interview people over the phone using a given questionnaire? And you have good German language skills? Then you can start as an interviewer or telephone operator in market and social research with us.

Our task as market researchers

We give opinions a voice through our telephone surveys and ensure that they influence the design of products, services, and public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to raise opinions – without selling or advertising anything. It is exclusively scientific studies.

The activity is possible in the mobile office at the following times:

• Weekdays: Mo-Fr between 15:45-20:45 Uhr
• Weekends: Sa-Su between 10:15-15:15 Uhr

You can schedule your working hours flexibly within the mentioned timeframes. Ideally, you will work 6-9 hours per week. Each work session should last at least 3 hours.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers (m/w/d) are characterized by the following properties:

• Pleasure in telephoning and interacting with people
• A friendly and pleasant phone voice
• A clear and distinct pronunciation
• Self-confidence on the phone
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and engagement
• A precise and meticulous work style
• Good PC skills

The mini-job as an interviewer:in is ideal for career changers. Since this activity is part of a mini-job, no residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no additional side jobs are required.
