We are offering you a mini-job as an interviewer / telephone operator in telephone market research, which you can also do 100% from home anywhere in Germany. No commute to work, no wasted time - your new job takes place in your home office.

Tasks

If you enjoy talking on the phone, interviewing people based on a given questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market and social research.

What we do

Through our telephone surveys, we give voices to opinions and ensure that they can be incorporated into the development of products or services and into public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to inquire about opinions – but not to sell anything or advertise. It's about scientific studies.

The activity can be performed from home during the following times:

• Weekdays: Mon-Fri between 3:45 PM - 8:45 PM
• Weekends: Sat-Sun between 10:00 AM - 3:15 PM

You can freely choose your working hours within these periods. A work assignment should last at least 3 hours.

Qualifications

Good telephone interviewers / telephone operators possess the following important qualities:

• Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with people
• A friendly and pleasant telephone voice
• Clear and articulated pronunciation
• Confident demeanor on the phone
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment
• A careful and precise way of working
• Good PC skills
• The mini-job as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.
• Minimum age of 18 years

Since you are performing this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no further secondary employment are required.
