We are offering a part-time job as an interviewer/interviewer in the field of market and social research, which you can also do from home. No commute to the workplace, no time waste - your new job will take place entirely in the home office.

Tasks

If you enjoy talking on the phone, want to interview people at the phone according to a given questionnaire and have good German skills, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer/interviewer in market research.

What we do

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can influence the development of products or services and public decisions. Market and opinion research wants to ask opinions - but doesn't sell anything and doesn't advertise. It's about scientific studies.

The job is possible in the home office at the following times:

• Mondays to Fridays: 15:45-20:45 pm
• Saturdays and Sundays: 10:00-15:15 pm

You can choose your working hours within these timeframes. A work engagement should last at least 3 hours.

Qualification

Good telephone interviewers/interviewers bring the following important qualities with them:

• Pleasure in talking on the phone and dealing with people
• A friendly and sympathetic telephone voice
• A clear and articulate pronunciation
• A confident appearance on the phone
• Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to take action
• A meticulous and accurate working style
• Good PC skills
• This part-time job is well-suited for career changers.
• Minimum age 18 years

Since you are performing this task as a part-time job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no additional side employment will be assumed.
