Sumasearch is a company for SEO, SEA, E-Commerce and Content Marketing with its headquarters in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia. We generate leads for companies by creating content for their websites and specializing in complex topic areas. Most of our customers are medium-sized enterprises and established start-ups. Our customers consist of approximately 65% B2B and 35% B2C clients.

Tasks

-Independent telesales to schedule appointments with potential clients
-Friendly, professional demeanor on the phone
-Careful documentation and tracking in our internal system (CRM)
-Close cooperation with sales to optimize scheduling coordination
-Co-shaping of internal processes through feedback from daily work

Qualification

-Enthusiasm for telephone customer contact and high service orientation
-Outstanding communication skills and sympathetic demeanor
-German language skills in writing and speaking at a high level
-Self-reliant, reliable, and structured working style
-Ideally first experience in a call center or outreach area
