The following tasks are part of your responsibilities: Receipt and solution-oriented processing of telephone and written inquiries
Tracking all open issues according to the valid guidelines
Close cooperation with relevant departments to ensure optimal customer service
Surety of correct documentation of all inquiries and issues in the customer system or ticket system
Service-oriented conclusion of contract extensions, additional contracts, and services

You bring with you for your new job in the telephone service area: First experience as a call center agent or in customer care from an advantage
Very good German language skills in writing and speaking for communication
People with no prior experience are welcome at our company
Friendly and customer-oriented communication, friendliness even in stressful moments
Pleasure in daily exchange with customers
Skillful handling of PCs
