Applicant Line Representative (m/w/d) for Job Seekers

We are currently looking for an applicant line representative (m/w/d) to support our recruiting team on a part-time basis of 20-40 hours per week.

LK Recruiting supports companies from the technical-industrial sector in finding qualified personnel through targeted social media campaigns.

We are now looking for someone who can make the first contact with applicants – and make a difference.

Tasks

• You will contact our generated candidates from social media campaigns of our large customers.
• You will create candidate profiles.
• You are responsible for pre-selecting candidates for our customers.
• You will document your results in our applicant management tool.

Qualification

• A successful completed commercial education or comparable qualification.
• Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, friendliness, and service orientation.
• Independent, fast-paced work, and reliability.
• Floated German language skills (at least C1).
• You enjoy telephoning.
• You are team-oriented, curious, and love to develop yourself further.
