Telephone Customer Service (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to fill a position as „Telephone Customer Service (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our client in Munich at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As Telephone Customer Service (m/w/d), you will process incoming customer inquiries both verbally and in writing.
• You will identify customer-oriented solutions and contribute to long-term customer loyalty.
• You will provide information on products and services and forward requests as needed to specialized departments.
• You will also record and update customer data in the system.
• Your service understanding will help strengthen customer satisfaction.

Qualification

• If desired, you have already gained experience as a Call Center Agent (m/w/d), Customer Advisor (m/w/d) or telephone customer consultant (m/w/d).
• You bring initial professional experience in the field of customer consulting or office work.
• Your team spirit, friendly nature and developed service orientation distinguish you.
• You feel comfortable with computers.
• Very good German language skills and ideally experiences working with SAP round out your profile.
