Telephone Customer Advisor (m/f/d) - Full-time | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as a "Telephone Customer Advisor (m/f/d)" as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As a customer advisor (m/f/d) in travel insurance, you will support insured persons by telephone and in writing and guide them to a successful solution
• You will coordinate assistance measures such as hospital stays, medical treatments, and medical repatriations in close coordination with international partners
• In addition, you will be in regular contact with insurance companies, medical service providers, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth case processing
• You will examine individual concerns, find suitable solutions, and accompany your customers with empathy through challenging situations
• Furthermore, you will carefully document all processes and contribute to a high level of service quality in the international assistance environment

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a Kaufmann für Tourismus und Freizeit (m/f/d) [Retailer for Tourism and Leisure], Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing (m/f/d) [Retailer for Dialog Marketing], Hotelfachmann (m/f/d) [Hotel Specialist], Medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/f/d) [Medical Assistant] or have a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a customer advisor (m/f/d), service center employee (m/f/d), travel agent (m/f/d) or customer service employee (m/f/d) – career changers from service-oriented fields are also welcome
• A passion for customer contact is required, as is a solution-oriented and service-oriented way of working, ideally with experience in the tourism, insurance, healthcare, or aviation sectors
• In addition, you are willing to work in shifts and on weekends – attractive bonuses are naturally offered for this
• Very good German skills are important, as well as good English skills at least at B2 level
