Telephone Customer Advisor B2B (m/f/d) - Full Time | 35-hour week | Munich

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Telephone Customer Advisor in B2B Sales (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• You will support business customers by telephone and email, acting as a competent contact person.
• You will contact existing and new customers as part of targeted outbound campaigns and accompany them until successful completion.
• Furthermore, you will process customer orders and ensure the smooth handling of inquiries.
• You will carefully maintain customer and order data in the systems used and document all relevant processes.
• In addition, you will contribute to long-term customer loyalty through professional and service-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have completed training as an office management clerk (m/f/d), dialogue marketing clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or have a comparable commercial qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a call center agent (m/f/d), customer advisor (m/f/d), customer service employee (m/f/d), or inside sales representative (m/f/d).
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form are required, as well as enjoyment of telephone communication with business customers.
• In addition, you have basic knowledge of MS Office and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, endurance, as well as a friendly and reliable demeanor in dealing with customers are important.
