Telephone Support Worker

We are looking for flexible telephone support workers who can work 24 to 40 hours per week. The gross starting salary is €15.89 bruto per hour (€18.50 per hour including the 13th month and holiday allowance). The start date will be in March 2026.

Job description

As a medical support worker, you are the first line of support for travelers who find themselves in an emergency situation. While you are speaking with the victim by phone, you offer targeted advice to help them as quickly and efficiently as possible within the terms of their insurance policy. You gather and note all important information and ensure that a suitable solution is arranged immediately. Think about sending an ambulance, organizing an unexpected return trip or contacting doctors.

Job requirements

· You have relevant work experience in, for example, support or tourism;

· You have completed an MBO-4 education in Healthcare or Tourism or HBO education;

· You have good command of the Dutch and English languages in word and writing (control of an additional language is a great plus);

· You are flexible available from March 2026 (think morning, daytime, evening, weekend, and night shifts) as the company is ready to serve travelers 24 hours a day and 365 days a year;

· You are stress-resistant, action-oriented, and empathetic.
