What will you do: Your role As a telephone helper, you'll be working with one of our specialized teams: vehicle assistance for our members, vehicle assistance for our business partners or personal assistance. Are you going to work on vehicle assistance for our members? Then you're the first point of contact for members who get stranded abroad due to car trouble. You try to solve the problem together with the caller. If that doesn't work out? Then you'll call in foreign help…
