Telefonie / Kundenservice (m/w/d) - Remote

In the Telefonie / Kundenservice (Remote), you will provide friendly and reliable telephone support to our existing customers – important: no cold calling

A stable residence within Germany and a reliable internet connection are required.

Tasks

• Friendly and professional telephone support for our existing customers
• Processing and forwarding of detailed customer inquiries
• Digital scheduling and coordination with colleagues and advisors
• Maintenance of customer data and documentation in our cloud system
• Support with simple organizational tasks in the digital office

Qualification

• You communicate clearly, friendly, and service-oriented (German)
• You have knowledge of MS Office
• Safe handling of digital calendars
• Safe handling of digital tools (e.g. Zoom, cloud systems)
• Organizational skills and prioritization abilities

Benefits

• Flexible working hours: 8-15 hours per week, ideal for work-life balance, and your monthly income will be – depending on qualifications and hourly rate – between €530 and €1,850.
• Digital collaboration via Zoom, which is provided free of charge
• Part-time, full-time, or self-employed (e.g. virtual assistant/freelancer) possible. The income will be adjusted accordingly.
