Telephone Customer Advisor with German Language (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Contact with clients via phone in German,
• Presenting current opportunities and services and assisting in restarting purchases,
• Learning about client needs and opinions and submitting ideas for improvements.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of German at a minimum level of C1/C2 - a must,
• Readiness to cooperate based on a hybrid model,
• Empathy and a positive attitude,
• Ability to remain calm in difficult situations,
• Team-oriented and responsible approach to duties.
