• You answer all incoming calls during our opening hours in a friendly and empathetic manner
• You do not leave voicemails or emails unattended and call back reliably and promptly
• You coordinate appointment requests and forward specific inquiries to the team

Your Profile

• You remain calm even with a high volume of calls or worried callers
• You work in a structured way and always maintain an overview
• We can always rely on your word and your promised callbacks
• You communicate fluently and professionally in German (C2) and enjoy daily contact with people
• Ideally, you have professional experience in veterinary medicine

We are there for our patients – and do so with full commitment. For us, good veterinary medicine includes high medical quality, a constantly professionally developing team, and professional practice management. We want to offer you all of this in our practices.

We, the farm veterinarians in the north of Brandenburg, care for small and domestic animals at various locations. Our teams, led by Jo and Julia Thießen, do their best every day for animals and their owners.

At two modern practice locations in Wittstock and Neuruppin, we care for every patient from young animals to seniors, based on sound diagnostics. For effective therapy, we have various modern diagnostic methods such as: digital and dental X-rays, an in-house laboratory, endoscopy, and ultrasound. We perform surgeries under inhalation anesthesia, including monitoring and ventilation.

To enable a stress-free visit for both animals and people, we have made appropriate adjustments. From barrier-free access to our premises to inviting waiting rooms with delicious coffee available free of charge, we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Through an appointment-only consultation hour, we organize the shortest possible waiting times. Furthermore, we have spatially separated dog and cat waiting rooms to reduce tension for everyone involved as much as possible.

Together with our comprehensively and diversely trained team, we cover a wide range of small animal medicine. Our main focus is on internal medicine and surgery.

Our excellent work is characterized by more than just our broad range of services. Since our founding, together with our young and dynamic team, we have pursued the approach that we can continuously improve. In this way, we want to permanently enable the best possible experience for owners and their beloved pets with the best medical care in our practices.
