Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration From $76,515 to $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Installing, testing, and commissioning DAS, Nextivity equipment, and BTS across large-scale infrastructure and commercial sites.
- Conducting sweep testing, performance optimisation, and fault diagnosis of cabling, antennas, and telecommunications systems using specialised instruments.
- Installing and maintaining structured cabling systems (UTP for voice and data) in line with technical specifications.
- Interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and site layouts to determine positioning and connections for telecommunications equipment.
- Installing and maintaining aerial and underground cabling networks, including mobile phone antenna systems.
- Joining, terminating, and sealing cables, and repairing or replacing defective components with subsequent testing.
- Carrying out installation and upgrade works on telecommunications infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Telecommunications or related field.
- At least 2 years' relevant experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
- Proven ability in DAS, Nextivity, and BTS installation and commissioning.
- Skilled in structured cabling, antenna optimisation, and system testing.
- Strong troubleshooting ability using specialised telecommunications instruments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work within a project team.
