About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Telecommunications Network Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining telecommunications networks, ensuring optimal network performance, reliability, and security. This role requires strong technical skills in fibre optic, wireless, and digital communication systems, as well as experience with network management tools and protocols. Key responsibilities include: • Designing and implementing telecommunications networks to meet customer requirements; • Conducting site surveys and assessments to determine the best solution for each project; • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders; • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems; • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field; • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications network engineering; • Strong understanding of fibre optic, wireless, and digital communication systems; • Experience with network management tools and protocols (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, etc.); • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Ability to work effectively in a team environment; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: • CCNA or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, etc.) would be an advantage.
