We are currently looking for a Telecommunications Infrastructure Engineer to join a project for our client. Our client develops modern Contact Center solutions and SaaS platforms used by thousands of users every day. We are looking for someone with experience in the Telco/VoIP area who knows Linux, networks, virtualization, and automation well and wants to develop high availability (HA) infrastructure. Project Information Cooperation Form: B2B or Employment Contract Location: Warsaw (hybrid model after onboarding period) Salary: 900–1200 PLN/MD (B2B) or up to 22,000 PLN gross per month (UoP) Recruitment Process: 2 stages Your Scope of Responsibilities Administration, maintenance, and development of Linux-based server infrastructure. Management of virtualization and containerization environments. Maintenance and optimization of production system performance. Design and development of High Availability (HA) solutions. Management of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. Automation of operational and deployment processes. Development and maintenance of VoIP platforms and telecommunications infrastructure. Design and maintenance of network infrastructure (routing, firewalls, VPN). Diagnosis and resolution of incidents and analysis of problem causes. Key Requirements: Experience in administration and development of Linux infrastructure (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian) and environments based on KVM, Proxmox, OpenVZ, or K3s. Practical knowledge of VoIP/Telco solutions, especially the SIP protocol, platforms such as Kamailio, Freeswitch, AudioCodes, SBC, or FreePBX. Very good knowledge of computer networks, including BGP, OSPF, VRF, and BFD protocols, as well as technologies such as VPN, firewalls, and QoS. Experience with infrastructure and middleware technologies, including Nginx, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, and monitoring systems (Zabbix, Graylog). Ability to automate administrative processes and work in high availability (HA) environments. Communicative knowledge of the English language. Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, or GCP. Knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365). Experience with WebRTC, 3CX, Telcobridges, VoIPMonitor solutions, or Mellanox/RDMA technologies. We Offer: Work on advanced SaaS and telecommunications infrastructure.
