Telecommunications and Ticketing Coordinator

Job Description Objective of the position Ensure the correct implementation, supervision, and operation of telecommunications and ticketing systems in railway projects, ensuring their integration with other technical systems, service quality, and regulatory compliance. Main responsibilities Coordinate the implementation, integration, and launch of railway telecommunications systems (voice, data, signaling, radiocommunications). Supervise the correct functioning of these systems, monitoring their performance and identifying potential issues. Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of equipment and software. Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integration of telecommunications systems with other technical systems. Provide training and support to users on the use of telecommunications systems. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services. Coordinate the development of technical specifications and requirements for telecommunications systems. Provide input to project managers on the planning and execution of projects related to telecommunications systems. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget. Ensure the proper documentation and archiving of project deliverables. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Coordinate the development of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders. Provide input to the development of policies and procedures related to telecommunications systems. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
