Your mission:

As a telecom technician, you are the face that connects customers to the outside world. You install and repair telephone, internet, and digital TV — and guide customers step by step so they can get started smoothly.

What is your task?

perform installations and repairs of telephone, internet, and digital TV at customer locations
connect existing lines with the computer and/or phone
install ISDN PSTN ADT, ADSL, and IDTV
provide instructions to customers regarding the use of internet and digital TV
