- Monitoring of field teams / third parties (corrective and preventive maintenance of GPON/OLT equipment);
- Reporting of irregularities during inspections and registration in the control tool;
- Monitoring of critical fourth-quarter teams - recurrence of technical problems;
- FOLLOWING UP ON GOALS, RESULTS, AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS OF TEAMS;
- SUPPORT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CORRECTION AND IMPROVEMENT PLANS ALONG WITH PSRS FOR OPERATIONAL INDICATORS;
- FOLLOWING UP ON MATERIAL STOCK ROUTINES AND SYSTEMATIC LAUNCHES FOR BILLING;
- INSPECTING ENGINEERING-DELIVERED IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS;
- PURSUING OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE FUNCTION.
