Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site / work from home role for a Telecaller located in the Jakkasandra, Koramangala, HSR Layout, Bengaluru Urban district. Qualifications: * Have good English and Kannada communication skills * Can follow up with leads through calls * Can handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote UpDrive's services * Follow up with leads through emails and phone calls to convert them into paying customers * Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers * Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities * Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
