The role involves explaining policy features, generating leads, closing sales or fixing appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting assigned targets. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and handle inbound insurance-related calls. • Explain various insurance products such as life, health, motor, and general insurance clearly and accurately. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. • Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales or schedule appointments for the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM systems. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. • Address basic customer queries and concerns related to policies, premiums, and documentation. • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations. • Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer support.
