Tele-Recruiter (m/w/d)

As a Tele-Recruiter (m/w/d), you will support our team in contacting and prequalifying candidates for our customers by phone.

You will take on a role that is strongly linked to an internal HR function: You will conduct structured conversations, ask the right questions, and ensure that our customers receive only suitable and prequalified candidates.

You will work independently, organized, and with a clear conversation guide. It's not about sales, but about clean communication and thorough prequalification.

Tasks

• Phone contact with job applicants of our customers
• Structured prequalification of candidates (e.g. experience, motivation, framework conditions)
• Evaluation of suitability based on clear criteria
• Documentation of conversations and results in our lead & CRM systems
• Tight coordination with the recruitment and customer service team
• Surety of professional and respectful communication

Qualification

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Clear, open, and structured communication style
• Able to ask targeted questions and conduct conversations
• Self-reliant, reliable work style
• Patient and empathetic (also with conversation partners with limited German language skills)
• Willingness to take responsibility and give gas

A plus, but not a must:

• First experience in recruitment, HR, telesales or sales
• Experience in dealing with leads, CRM or applicant management systems
• not required – what matters is communication, structure and willingness to learn.
