Bij Prefacade B.V. in Biest-Houtakker, you will work on technical drawings, preparation, and coordination that form the basis for sustainable and smart façade solutions. Together with engineering, production, and execution, you make a difference!

As Draftsman/Designer at Prefacade B.V., you translate designs into detailed drawings and ensure optimal preparation of prefab HSB façade systems. You work closely together with engineering, production, and planning and contribute to leading building projects where quality and innovation are central.

In this role, you are responsible for both drawing work and technical preparation. You carefully develop prefab HSB façade elements in 2D and 3D, set up drawing and material lists, and ensure that information is complete and correct at production. You monitor the progress of the project, signal bottlenecks, and make improvement suggestions. Additionally, you actively think about standardization and the further development of our detail library.

• Develop 2D and 3D drawings of prefab HSB façade systems

• Set up drawing lists, material lists, assembly, and component drawings

• Prioritize and check drawing and production information for production

• Communicate technical changes and consequences to involved parties

• Consult with engineering, production, and execution on optimizations

• Think actively about standardization and expansion of the detail and drawing library

You work accurately, are analytical, and enjoy structure. You have an eye for detail, communicate clearly, and think creatively about improvements. You feel at home in both the drawing package and technical and logistical preparation of prefab building projects. You have affinity with HSB constructions and want to use your technical knowledge within a growing and innovative organization.
